Fine art Buyer policy
By agreeing to purchase and art piece, it is expressly understood the Artist retains/reserves the common-law copyright to all works created by the artist, including all reproduction rights and the right to claim statutory copyright. Each piece comes with a certificate of authenticity, dated and signed by the artist.
Graphic Design/Illustration
The Artist retains/reserves the common-law copyright to all works created by the artist, including all reproduction rights and the right to claim statutory copyright, with the exception of work for hire or as an employee.
All design pieces created as work for hire and/or as an employee, are the property of the companies mentioned throughout the site.
